Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Revibe account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and submit a request.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure all personal data is wiped, iCloud or Google accounts are removed, and the device is securely packed in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Free Courier Collection

  Once approved, we will dispatch our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep anywhere in South Africa at no extra cost.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the device upon arrival, and once verified, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days.
